Information We Collect

  • Account Info: Name, email, billing details for subscription management.
  • Connected Data: We only access data explicitly required by your active workflows (e.g., retrieving a specific Google Sheet row).
  • Usage Logs: Metrics on workflow execution count, success rates, and error logs for debugging.

Note: We do not permanently store your workflow payloads. Transactional data is retained only for short-term debugging (max 30 days) before being automatically purged.

How We Use Your Data

  • Execution: To pass data reliably between your connected Trigger and Action applications.
  • AI Processing: When you use AI nodes, relevant data is processed by our LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic) purely for that specific task. Data is not used to train public models.
  • Security: To detect potential abuse and ensure platform stability.

Security Measures

Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Sensitive credentials (API keys) are encrypted at rest using AES-256.

OAuth First

We prioritize OAuth2 for integrations, meaning we never see or store your passwords for supported services like Google or Slack.

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of your data. You can disconnect integrations, delete your account, or export your workflow configurations at any time. For data deletion requests, please contact our support team.
