You retain ownership of all content, data, and workflows you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant Vysk a limited license to:

  • transmit

User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to any content you upload or process through Vysk.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate workflows, outputs, or recommendations using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate
  • outputs may require human review
  • Vysk does not guarantee correctness or suitability

You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.

8. Usage Limits and Plans

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Plans may include:

  • API quotas
  • feature restrictions

If usage exceeds plan limits, we may: throttle access, charge overage fees, or require plan upgrades. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vysk will not be liable for: indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to Vysk in the previous 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Vysk against any claims arising from: your use of the Service, your workflows or automations, violation of these Terms, or misuse of third-party integrations.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if: you violate these Terms, your account poses security risks, or required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, email, or the platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
